Happy Thanksgiving Guys 🦃
This month, I take you through some November DIY(s) 🙌🏼 . Not without thinking that it could be an awesome idea to use them all for my Thanksgiving’s table decor ✨
As I previously said this year I wanted to take the time to craft for Thanksgiving. For me, it’s a complete new tradition that I’m gladly getting familiar with. I’m really a celebration person (small or big, community or solo) but who’s not, right ? So no need to say that I love celebrating Halloween and Thanksgiving in addition of Christmas.
So here I am, time for my Thanksgiving’s table tour 😉 ! And you can, of course, find :
- the Thanksgiving’s Rosace DIY here,
- the paper pine cones one there,
- My pumpkins and flowers bouquet are also DIY (of course) !
And this dreaming layer cake comes from my favorite DIY magazine, aka l’Atelier des Nanas. It’s a French magazine that I absolutely love !! Amandine from the blog les yeux en amande suggested this recipe in the issue number 1. Don’t hesitate to check her blog ! She is so inspiring and always thinking about recycling things in her crafts !
So to talk about the recipe, I simply twist it for the occasion… with some pumpkin spice, oh yeah !! That means the genoise is pumpkin spice (I know my staples now😉 ) and I made a pears compotée. For the rest of the recipe, I trusted Amandine ! And you know what, this cake is beautiful and deliciouuus 👌🏼
Hope you’ll enjoy the tour and grab some inspiration… this DIYs are absolutely Christmas compatible 😉 and I love the concept 🙌🏼

You can find the paper pine cone DIY here 😁

And to make some rosaces, it’s over here !

Do you like it ?
It was a real pleasure to think about and then make all these DIYs. I really enjoyed the process. Plus this “shooting”🙌🏼 I think I deserve a slice of my layer cake as a reward 😉.
